Korean Sweet Potato Bread

Material A:
5 tablespoons of water
2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
20 grams of butter
120gr tapioca flour

Material B:
Vanilla to taste
1 tablespoon flour
2 tbsp white glutinous rice flour
1 egg

Material C (stuffing):
175 grams of steamed sweet potato and finely ground
10 grams of butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

• Cheese (optional)
• Purple sweet potato flour

How to make :

Mix ingredients A then cook until boiling. Turn off the stove. Once warm, add ingredient B then knead until smooth. Set aside. Mix all ingredients C, set aside. Flatten the dough on a baking sheet that has been lined with Baking Paper Seven, then place the C ingredient in the middle, you can use cheese as an optional filling. Then the shape resembles a sweet potato. And coat it in the purple sweet potato flour, pierce it and make a line to make it look more like a sweet potato. Oven 160²C for 16-20 minutes. Baking Paper Seven makes Sweet Potato Bread not sticky and Baking Paper can be reused. Good luck.
