Ingredients for about 12 scones:
80 gr of butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
200 ml of milk
350 gr flour
½ packs of baking powder
a pinch of salt
200g of smoked salmon
Spicy Radish Cheese Cream
fresh vegetables (optional)
1 egg yolk
Mix butter with flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir in sugar and milk and knead until the mixture is formed.
Roll the dough 1.5 to 2 cm thick and cut it in a circle.
Place the dough circle on a baking sheet lined with Baking Paper Black (Seven Kitchen Star).
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the eggs, apply to scones and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the scones for about 12-15 minutes.
Cut the scone in half. Add in the middle of the scone with spicy radish cheese cream and cover with salmon and vegetables.
Brush the top half with a little salmon sauce and stack it with the rest of the scones. Bake and good luck.
