(For ± 1,000 gr)

 

Ingredient I, shake until thick:

Material II:

5 egg yolks

 

Material III:

250 gr low protein flour

1 teaspoon crispy flour

1 teaspoon emulplex

 

Material IV:

125 gr of melted butter

250 gr grilled almond slice

 

How to make :

  1. Mix Material I and Material II. Stir gently until blended.
  2. Add Ingredient III, stir well. Then add Ingredient IV, stir again until all ingredients are mixed perfectly.
  3. Prepare Baking Paper Seven. Place it on a baking sheet, then place the plastic mold.
  4. Pour the mixture over, gently brush until the dough covers all the surface of the mold.
  5. Give a sprinkling of toasted almond slices. Lift the mold.
  6. Enter the cookies in the oven, bake with a temperature of 150 ° C for 10-15 minutes until cooked. Lift.

Cookies will be easily released because of Baking Paper Seven. Silicone paper that can withstand temperatures up to 220 ° C and also food grade making it safe for your food.
