150 gr flour
50 grams of finely ground almonds
1 packet of vanilla sugar
85 gr chocolate chips
1/2 pack of baking powder
50 gr cornflakes
How to make :
Stir in butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy. Add eggs, flour, baking powder and almond powder and stir. Mash chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until they are runny.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Form the dough into a walnut-sized ball and roll it into cornflakes until closed.
Place the baking sheet with Baking Paper Seven as the base and place the cookies on it.
