Material :

1 puff pastry (refrigerated)

500 gr of green asparagus

200 gr of cream cheese

100 gr of feta cheese

4 dried tomatoes

5 basil leaves

Olive oil

Pepper Salt

 

Preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Clean the asparagus and cut it in half. Add cream cheese, feta cheese, dried tomatoes and basil to the blender until thick. Season with pepper and salt. Alasi baking sheet with Baking Paper Seven, fill in puff pastry. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry and cover with asparagus. Pour the asparagus with olive oil. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until it’s crispy.
