100 gr medium protein flour
300 ml of fresh milk
Salt to taste
2 eggs, beat
50 gr of panir flour
500 ml of oil, for frying
Material contents :
100 gr cheddar cheese, cut 1x1x3 cm
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled, cut 6 parts
Mayonnaise to taste
How to make :
• Skin: Mix flour and salt. Stir well.
Add eggs and stir. Pour fresh milk while stirring until blended. Filter if necessary.
Heat an omelette pan and rub with a little cooking oil. Pour enough mixture and smooth. Cook until smooth. Lift and do until the dough runs out.
Take 1 sheet of skin, give mayonnaise, 1 piece of cheese, and 1 piece of boiled egg. Fold and roll. Dip in a beaten egg and balur in panir flour until blended.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Lift and drain on Snack Paper Seven. Excess oil will be absorbed and risoles become crispy.
