Seven Papers Dec 11, 2019 News Comments Off on Onde With Snack Paper Seven Recipe

Let’s try this one snack to accompany the evening at home.

Material :

250 grams of white sticky rice flour

50 grams of fine steamed potatoes

65 grams of refined sugar

½ teaspoon salt

180 ml of warm water

100 grams of sesame for coatings

The oil for frying

Material contents :

500 gram peeled green beans (soaked 1 hour before steaming)

500 grams of granulated sugar

80 ml thick coconut milk

Salt to taste)

Pandan leaves

How to make :

Fill:

Steam the green beans for 20 minutes, remove from heat. Cook with sugar, pandan leaves, salt and coconut milk, round it.

Skin:

Mix all ingredients, pour warm water stir and knead until smooth. Weigh 25 grams of each dough, flat. Give the contents, dip it in water and roll it over sesame. Fried in a lot of oil, low heat, stirring constantly to keep it sticky.

If it is brown, lift it and drain it on Snack Paper Seven. The oil will be absorbed completely and the onde-onde will taste crispy. It’s easy to follow at home. Good luck.
