  1. Mantau

Lovers of steamed buns will probably like this kind of dimsum, called Mantau. This Mantau has the exact same taste as steamed buns but without filling. Mantau are served by steaming or frying. To enjoy it, Mantau are usually dipped in a thick sweet cream.

  1. Char Siu Bao

Dimsum this one is also very often we encounter and we refer to as steamed buns. The texture is almost the same as bread. Initially, this dimsum is filled with pork fillings, but as the times grow, the contents become many choices such as chicken, vegetables, and kidney beans, and others.
