Seven Papers Dec 11, 2019 News Comments Off on Angku Cake Recipe

Material :

330 grams of glutinous rice flour

40 grams of starch sugar

100 grams of fine steamed potatoes

1 ½ teaspoon salt

250 ml coconut milk

2-4 drops of red coloring

Material contents :

500 gram peeled green beans (soaked 1 hour before steaming)

500 grams of granulated sugar

80 ml thick coconut milk

Salt to taste)

Pandan leaves

How to make :

Fill:

Steam the green beans for 20 minutes, remove from heat. Cook with sugar, pandan leaves, salt and coconut milk, round it.

My cookie dough:

Mix all ingredients, pour coconut milk. Take 20 grams of dough, give ingredients (10 grams) and round it, print it on my cake mold and place it on 7 cm Seven Round Baking Paper. Steam for 12-15 minutes on medium heat. Every 2 minutes is opened so that the texture is clear and bright colors. After cooking, spread the cooking oil.

My cake doesn’t stick to the 7 cm Seven Round Baking Paper. Good luck at home.
