The main ingredient :
6 ripe ambon bananas
2 eggs
200 grams of flour
150 gr of liquid milk
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
¼ tablespoons of salt
½ tablespoon of vanilla extract

250 gr of flour
1 egg
100 ml of liquid milk
Bread crumb
How to make :
- Put bananas, eggs, flour, liquid milk, sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract and salt into the food compressor. Blend until all ingredients are well blended.
- Pour the mixture into a baking sheet coated with Baking Seven Papers. Steam for about 30 minutes until the mixture is fully cooked.
- Cut the cooked dough according to taste.
- Mix liquid milk and eggs in a medium bowl. Roll the banana nuggets that have been formed into flour, mix eggs and panir flour.
