1. Deep Frying
This frying technique uses the most oil, because fried foods must be completely submerged in oil. Examples of foods fried in this technique such as french fries, fried chicken, roasted bananas, bakwan, and others.
2. Shallow Frying
For frying food with this technique one can say it uses quite a lot of oil, but not as much as when frying with a deep frying technique that makes the food completely submerged. Usually this technique is used to fry fish or meat.
3. Pan Frying
This frying technique uses a very small amount of oil as well. But unlike sautéing, the size of cooked food is usually larger, so it needs to be flipped through in order to get an even maturity. This technique is usually used to fry burger meat.
From some of these techniques, of course food will contain oil which if excessive amounts are not good for health. Use Snack Paper Seven as your food oil-cutting paper. Food oil will be well absorbed in Snack Paper Seven. Food grade and can make your food more crispy.
